Simple Starting Guides to benefit from Kanban Visual Management.

What is Kanban?

Kanban is a Visual Workflow Framework to collectively manage organisations, management, teams and individuals on; what to work on, who’s working on what and demonstrate the progress of that work. The Kanban Visual Workflow Management is very simple. The process has very little overhead (if set up well enough) but very big benefits when shared throughout an organisation.

Where is a good place to start to learn about Kanban?

The Official Guide to The Kanban Method, published by Kanban University. While there is no official standard (ISO) for Kanban the self proclaimed university does a good job of simplifying the lessons for adopting.

This guide serves as an introduction to Kanban, explaining its definition, core principles, and practices for managing professional services and improving workflow within an organisation.
